We have tried to ship these beautiful dice long distances in blue boxes, but unfortunately on a few occasions some of the gemstone dice were damaged and we have reissued new ones to our customers; Besides, sending the dice with a gift box will increase at least 3% shipping cost (3% of each set of dice). Moreover, it is very possible that customs duties will be charged when the package is sent to European countries due to its larger size and heavier weight. As a merchant, we will also be charged higher VAT tax and service fee. So, MAGISEVEN charged an additional $4.9 shipping fee for customers in Europe in the beginning.
Considering these factors, we decided to abandon the packaging with a box and change it to a packaging with a bag, and we will send our customers a beautiful lint bags, and then when packing, each dice will be placed in a separate sponge grid and fixed with bubble bags, so that every dice sent to you can be guaranteed to be intact. At the same time, the shipping fees for European and Canada customers has been changed to 0, which means free shipping in USA, EU, Canada.
