Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If the DND DICE sets do not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or with missing parts, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.
We can either exchange or replace your product, provided that we have stock available to do so, or we can issue you a full refund for your purchase, including shipping.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is on us. We'll issue you a shipping label, and process the refund once we receive your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
